Welcome to Invigoration Telehealth Practices. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual consultation services provided by registered nurse Kassidy K Wyatt. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Invigoration Telehealth Practices offers virtual nursing consultations via secure video platforms. Services include health assessments, chronic disease management, medication reviews, lifestyle counseling, and post-procedure support. These are educational and supportive services only – not a substitute for emergency care or physician diagnosis.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation

• Bookings made online or via (760) 960-8301 / info@invigoration.telehealthpractices.com

• 24-hour cancellation notice required; no-shows forfeit payment

• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) charged 50% of session fee

• Rescheduling available up to 12 hours before appointment

3. Payment Terms

• Fees non-refundable once session starts

• Payments processed securely via [payment gateway]

• Pricing listed on Services page; additional sessions billed separately

• No insurance accepted; services paid directly by patient

4. Virtual Consultation Requirements

• Stable internet, webcam-enabled device, quiet private space required

• Have medications, recent labs, and health questions ready

• Sessions recorded only with patient consent for quality assurance

• Patients responsible for accurate health information provided

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All sessions use HIPAA-compliant platforms with end-to-end encryption

• Patient data never shared without explicit written consent

6. Limitations of Services

RN Kassidy K Wyatt provides nursing care only:

• Cannot prescribe medications or order labs

• Cannot diagnose conditions or provide emergency care

• Will refer to physicians/emergency services when needed

• Patients must seek in-person care for physical exams or urgent issues​

7. Emergency Disclaimer

This is NOT emergency medical care. Call 911 or local emergency services for:

• Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding

• Sudden confusion, stroke symptoms, unconsciousness

• Virtual consultations cannot replace ambulance/ER services

8. Liability Limitations

Invigoration Telehealth Practices and RN Kassidy K Wyatt not liable for:

• Outcomes from patient-provided information inaccuracies

• Delays in care due to technology issues beyond control

• Actions taken without following RN recommendations
  Services provided “as is” without warranties

9. Governing Law
