1. Non-Refundable Services

• All sessions are non-refundable once started – Virtual consultations begin promptly at scheduled time

• RN Kassidy K Wyatt reserves appointments exclusively for each patient

• Digital delivery means services cannot be “returned” once provided

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-hour cancellation policy:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before appointment

• 50% refund if cancelled 12-24 hours before appointment

• No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours or no-shows

• Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours prior without penalty

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests submitted via email to info@invigoration.telehealthpractices.com

• Include booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation

• Processing time: 5-7 business days to original payment method

• Transaction fees (2.9% + $0.30) non-refundable

4. Package & Subscription Refunds

• Monthly chronic care packages: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions

5. Technical Issues

Patient technical failure (no internet, device crash):

• No refund – patient responsible for stable connection

• Provider technical failure (rare): Full refund or reschedule at no cost

Both parties must test connection 15 minutes prior to session.

6. Dissatisfaction Policy

• Quality guarantee: If unsatisfied with first session, receive 50% credit toward second session

• Applies only to first-time patients

7. International Payments

• Currency conversion fees non-refundable

• Bank wire fees deducted from refunds

• Refunds issued in original currency at time of purchase rate
